Terms and Conditions

Mula Collection organises and carries out the destination tours and other services in Digital, Retail, Confectionery and Apothecary.

The terms below are mainly for “Mula Took Me”, the Tour Agency.


Prices are valid till Payment Deadlines. In the case of unexpected increases of the prices per person, exceeding 10%, as a result of new taxes or duties, the price will be adjusted and the clients notified in writing. What the fee per person covers is specifically stated in the brochure and on the website.


Lagos City Tours: tours are free for children under the age of 3. Excursions: tours are free for children under the age of 3. Children from 4 to 12 have a 50% discount. For Day Trips, we grant a 50% reduction for children aged 0-2, and a 30% reduction for children aged 3-8. Show a document proving children’s age, upon request. All children must be accompanied by an adult.


Reservations are accepted, subject to availability (places, languages spoken by the guides, entry tickets, downpayment etc.).

Cancellation Policy

There will be no penalty for cancellations of tour or service communicated in writing to Mula Collection up to 2 weeks before departure time of the tour or service. Less than 2 weeks before departure time of tour or service 100% of the total price will be due and no reimbursement will be granted. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the tour. Mula Collection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or service departure if operating requirements or circumstances beyond Mula Collection’s control prevent the normal running of the tour and when the minimum number of 6 paying adults is not reached (4 paying adults for Group Trips). Whenever – due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond its control (travel conditions, strikes, changes in opening hours, closure of museums, delays or other problems), Mula Collection is obliged to change the programme – an alternative itinerary and/or visits to other museums will be proposed, without any variation to the established price and the client will be informed prior to departure. If for any reason Mula Collection cancels the tour or service, the client may claim reimbursement only of the sum paid to Mula Collection. Except in cases where a non-refundable ticket is booked. Moreover Mula Collection is not responsible for additional expenses that may be incurred by a client in relation to a cancelled tour or service (i.e. hotels, flights, etc.).

Tour Information

The English language is always guaranteed. The local guide service could be provided in two languages. The escort service is multilingual. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the minimum number of passengers is not reached. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered another date or an alternative Tour or full refund.
Tours in Nigeria are not running the first Sunday of the month. In the circumstances if you lose or do not return or destroy items belonging to a facility toured, you will be required to pay a penalty fee. The Small Groups Trips are organized only in English with minimum of 4 people. In the Small Groups Trips the driver-guide leads the tour providing general introductory information. He/She is not allowed to lead a guided visit inside a city centre, nor to provide historical and artistic information inside museums or churches. The Tour is not provided also in case of light rain or uncertain weather conditions, it may be cancelled in case of bad weather and a change of date or full refund will be offered.


A Downpayment is required at the time of booking.


Mula Collection cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by third parties or for reasons beyond its control, and cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables, luggage or objects during tours. During the periods of greatest attendance, despite reservations, the entry to the resorts, museums could be subject to delays, which are not attributable to Mula Collection responsibility.


The tours scheduled in this programme are covered by third-party insurance for the risks, the indemnity limits and the guarantees laid down.


Any complaint by the client must be communicated in writing to Mula Collection at contact@mula.ng within and no later than 2 business days after the date of the tour.


In special emergency cases, unless otherwise pronounced by the interested party, the data on the journey may be disclosed to family members who need to track the user. If you wish to exercise restraints to that reported in this paragraph, write to contact@mula.ng . Unless otherwise indicated by the interested parties and subject to the terms provided for preserving the tax/administrative documentation, Mula Collection will keep all data related to services rendered for the sole purpose of ensuring the same customised services also in response to future requests, in its records as confidential. If you wish to exercise restraints to that reported in this paragraph, write to contact@mula.ng. The client states that he/she was authorised to disclose personal data on any other participant of the purchased journey to whom will communicate the contents of the information cited above and from whom has received delegation to manage relationships with Mula Collection. Any disputes will be settled by Citizens Mediation Centre Lagos and The High Court of Lagos.
